Deposit and cancellation policy

To secure your tattoo appointment, a non-refundable deposit is required.

• The deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo.

• No appointment is confirmed until the deposit is received.

• All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits cover for artist time, design preparation, lost appointment opportunities.

• You may reschedule one time with at least 48 hours notice.

• Rescheduling with proper notice allows your deposit to be transferred to a new date, additional reschedules require a new deposit.

• No-shows automatically lose their deposit.

• Arriving more than 20 minutes late may result shortened session or cancellation with deposit forfeited.

If you arrive under the influence, or unable to be tattooed safely the appointment may be canceled and the deposit forfeited.
